I'm back! Actually this time...!

Hello my loves! 

I'm sorry I have been away for so long! This is mainly (entirely) due to the fact I forgot my email/password for this blog! Haha, only I would do that! And I have only just managed to break into my own blog! Anyway, I am back! And I am going to post some well overdue reviews, thoughts, favourites, ootds/nootds, etc.. and hopefully my dear friend hannah will start posting again too! I know I'm not the only one missing her beautiful face!

It's been a while...

I'm back! :D how has the time gone so quickly?! It feels like yesterday I was writing my last post, and that was July?! But anyway, I guess I took the summer off and now I'm back and I'm doing this for the lovely hannah (:

Prairie Charms Review!

Prairie Charms is a cute little online shop, selling lots of little accessories! From bracelets to brooches they source all their gems and charms worldwide, to make each piece unique and individual! And best of all, 10% of proceeds go to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, 'Kiss It Better' campaign! So of course, when I found out about this, I had to order something! (:  

The bracelet came beautifully wrapped up (:

Each bead is unique and different & the bracelet came with a cute little red

bow! 

The charm itself was a little antique/vintage looking wing.  

I ordered the 'Seeing Is Believing' bracelet, and it really is! I did not realise how cute and unique the bracelet was until I opened up the little package! I think that this would bring a finishing touch to any outfit, smart or casual (: 

I am very happy with this and you should all check out their lovely collections (: Any of these would make a perfect present (:

Revlon Silver Nail Varnish!

This is Revlon's Silver, I picked it up in Trago for 99p!

Sorry there isn't any photos of the varnish on, the only one I had was really bad quality!

I change my nail varnish every week, and last week's was Revlon's Silver's turn.

I was a bit skeptical at first, I'll admit, I was a Revlon virgin, so I really didn't know what to expect, but as it was so cheap, I thought I'd give it a go! 

Although it says Silver, its more grey, so I expected a bit of glitter, but it was a pleasant glossy grey, which looked very smart. It was very easy to apply, and only took two coats before the colour was strong and dried very quickly. 

I wear a lot of nail varnish because I do a lot of work with my hands, so I don't have to worry about the state of them, they also give a feminine touch when they are nice and painted. So it is very important to me, that they remain looking nice, and don't chip (which is a pet peeve of mine, chipped nail varnish, just no.) 

And so I was very impressed! By the end of the week, they looked as good as new! No chipping! Nothing! You Revlon lovers will not be surprised by this, but I have to say I will be purchasing more Revlon shades in the future!(:

First ramblings...

Hi, my name is Ruth and I thought it would be a good idea to make a blog to share with all you lovelies some of the things I like, and I think you would like too, this will probably include some fashion, make up, music and probably books.
